Notary Service Fees

The state of Florida sets the fee of $10 for any single notarial act. Convenience and Mileage Fees are added and vary based on service level, distance, time, and number of notarized signatures required. Please call or email for an estimate.

Convenience and Mileage

Documents signed within the 10-mile radius of downtown Winter Haven is $25 for the first half hour. Outside of the 10-mile radius, the standard IRS per-mile fee is added. Services lasting over 30 minutes will accrue a $5 charge. Paperwork printed and/or provided by the notary will be $1 per 10 pages. Emergency or after-hours/holiday calls are charged a flat fee of $50.
